Employment Law
Israeli employment relationships are governed by many statutes, extension orders and collective agreements. A small mistake in a contract or a dismissal process can become a claim.
We advise employers and employees, draft contracts and policies, guide hearing and termination processes, and litigate when needed.

Frequently asked questions
Is a hearing required before dismissal in Israel?
Under case law the employer must give the employee a genuine opportunity to respond before deciding on dismissal. A merely formal hearing may entitle the employee to compensation.
