Aharoni & Aharoni, Danzan - Law Offices & Notary (the "Firm") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected on www.ahr.co.il and related services, why, who may receive it and your rights, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The Hebrew version prevails.

Information collected

• Contact form: name, phone and, if you choose, email and message.
• Phone, WhatsApp or email: what you share with us. WhatsApp use is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Online power-of-attorney signing (sign.ahr.co.il): name, ID number, matter, signature, an optional selfie and audit data (time, IP address, device). A separate notice is shown before signing.
• Technical data: standard server access logs for security and operation.

Purposes

To respond to you, provide the legal or notarial service requested, document signatures, secure the site and meet our legal obligations. We will not send marketing without your explicit, separate consent.

Is providing information mandatory?

No. Without contact details we cannot reply, and without the required details a power of attorney cannot be produced.

Who receives information

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared only with our service providers (website and email hosting: DreamHost, USA; document storage: Google Drive), with courts and authorities before which we represent you, and where required by law. Some providers store data outside Israel.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards including HTTPS and access restrictions, and keep information only as long as needed and as required of lawyers and notaries.
