Wills & Estates
A well-drafted will spares the family disputes, costs and years of proceedings. Without a will, or with one drafted without advice, the outcome may not be what the testator intended.
We draft wills and intergenerational plans, file for succession and probate orders in Israel, and guide heirs through distribution and agreements between them.
What we do
- Wills, including mutual wills
- Succession orders and probate of wills
- Estate administration and distribution
- Heir agreements and renunciation
- Lasting power of attorney
- Intergenerational planning for assets and businesses
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a succession order and probate?
A succession order is granted when there is no will and the estate passes under the Succession Law. A probate order confirms an existing will so it can be carried out.
